AA Property Services UK Ltd charges a Referencing Fee of £150.00 inc. VAT per person.
There is also a separate contract and administrative fee of £100.00 inc VAT per tenancy.
In the event that the tenant is a student or that the tenant does not pass the referencing check and a guarantor is required the guarantor will be subject to a charge of £100.00 inc VAT
After the commencement of a tenancy, should an existing tenant be replaced by a new tenant (this applies to sharers and will be at the landlord’s discretion) the new tenant must be referenced by AA Property Services UK Ltd at a cost of £150.00 inc VAT and will also be liable for a contract and administration fee of £100.00 inc VAT.
Landlords pay for the inventory schedule/check in and Tenants are liable for the cost of the Inventory Check Out. The cost is dependent on the size of the property and whether the property is furnished or unfurnished prices start from £180.00 inc VAT
Pet disclaimers and additional deposits will also depend on the property and the Landlord.
